JuJu Watkins has signed a multi-year contract extension with Nike that will be one of the most lucrative in women’s basketball. Negotations were led by Klutch Sports CEO Rich Paul and Watkins’ team, including agent Jade-Li English, head of marketing Eric Eways and vice president of basketball marketing Brittany McCallum.
During Watkins’ freshman season at USC, she averaged 27.1 points, 7.3 rebounds, 3.3 assists and 1.6 blocks in 34.6 minutes.
Watkins first signed with Nike as a high school senior in October 2022.
